Hampshire Coastal Regency Garden

An empty front garden was transformed into a chic regency inspired garden with large planters.
The clients are beginner gardeners and were looking for something beautiful and low maintenance.
Inspiration was taken from the dining room ceiling at the property for the layout of the garden.
The large bespoke planters were fabricated from acid dipped galvanised steel with roll top edges.

They are planted with a range of aromatic and coastal tolerant plants and shrubs. The central Arbutus Unedo tree, links to the historical public gardens opposite the property, which contain specimens of trees and plants collected from across the world. Beneath the tree, Iris and a tapestry of creeping thymes spread over the gravel.
